A calm hospitality operations meeting at a table

How we operate

Five steps from first conversation to a running system. What happens, in what order, and what each step asks of you.

The five steps

01

01

First conversation

A initial conversation to understand your operation and where the weight sits. No pitch. If we are not the right fit, we say so here.

02

02

Written scope

We specify together what the system will do, what it will read from, and where its edges are. Timeline and cost are defined here, during specification. You decide with the full picture in hand.

03

03

Connection

We connect the system to your sources. Your website, your documents, the booking system you already use. Your team keeps working as usual. The system goes live for guests only when you decide it is ready.

04

04

Your team

Your people learn what the system does, what it does not do, and how handovers reach them. It works for your team, not around it.

05

05

Ongoing

Launch is not the end of the work. Problems that surface in daily operation are fixed as part of the service. And if the system can do more for your operation, we extend it, defined in a new scope.

What we need from you

What we need from you

A

One person who can answer questions about your operation during specification.

B

Access to the material the system will draw from. Your website, menus, manuals, house information and more.

C

An honest account of where things break. That is where the system earns its place.

How we do not work

How we do not work

Pricing follows specification. We name a number when we know what it stands for.

No off-the-shelf install. Every system is scoped to one operation.

Elberly works with a limited number of partners at a time, so each launch gets the attention it needs.
